Mark was brilliant. We had some grey fabric sofas and with a dog they can stain quite easily, thankfully Mark was able to make them look brand new. I was also running late for our appointment and he was patient and waited half an hour past the time we'd organised. Would highly recommend.
We have used Mark many times to clean soft furnishings, settees, carpets after normal wear and tear and having pets. He is very tidy, professional and a nice guy. Just booked him again as he is great.
