John is a polite man. A very tidy and hard worker, he was very informative of what work he was carrying out which was completed to great satisfaction. John offers a great service at a great price, we would highly recommend.

John is a lovely gentleman and we had some great conversations. He was so easy to deal with and gave me some good advice. I did feel really bad for John as our 4 chinmeys were dreadfully dirty. I will be booking in again for next year's clean and for as long as John continues to work.
