The best gym in the area by a mile go twice a day when in UK. Got everything you could ever need for getting the results you are looking for. The staff have always been friendly and very helpful. Very rare to see a machine that needs repairing.

The was huge. Easy access to go in. There a lady only gym just inside the ladies changing room. You have privacy there not too crowded. You never get intimidated with men who are body builders. The classes are very good. No need to booked just turn up. Friendly instructors and friendly people who regulars attending the classes.
