Chesterfield Canal

Always love a walk down the Chesterfield Canal,it's a 2 mile walk from The Hollingwood Hub to The Mill, a nice pint and sit in the sun for a rest stop, even got a conservatory for those not so sunny days

Nice flat pathway with several points of interest all the way down to Staveley Town Lock and Hartington Harbour.. Birdlife in abundance and the Robins are particularly tame and friendly. Also part of the TPT so expect quite a few cyclists. …
