Had an issue with our alarm going off, jordan came over and had a look, thought it has been solved then it started again. he came back out and made sure it wouldn't happen again. fantastic, professional service, no pressure to upgrade to a new system, listened to everything and was very genuine. a company i certainly would recommend!!
