As being a international student it was a great experience I had from Halford Chorley. All the team was good. Especially Mr. Martin & Mr. Tony as they helped me for my e-bike giving best advise to me and my friend as we didn’t have any knowledge about it we were really happy after getting best service from them . I was served by Tony & Michael today. I came in for some advice as an engine light had come on, Michael explained the motoring club to me and how it would benefit me today & in the future. I signed up and received a full vehicle check by Tony. Tony was extremely helpful and talked me through absolutely everything he was doing - after going into Halfords completely clueless, I now have knowledge of how to perform essential checks on my car. It's a really great experience I had from Halford Chorley. All the team was good. Store were helpful and polite but they were let down by the computer system which didn’t bother to tell me my ‘available next day’ wiper blades were ready to collect (until I queried it online after 3 days with a robot). Got a phone call 24 hours later to say they were ready and had been for 3 days! Sort it out internet team!
