The Seatpost Man

Excellent service, dropped the bike off on the sunday evening and it was ready for collection on the monday lunchtime. john was super helpful with advice as well. would recommend to anyone with a seized seatpost!

Brilliant. john removed a handle bar stem from my front forks without damage to the forks. it had been stuck for years and defeated an experienced mechanic and a blacksmith but sorted by john. really pleased thank you

Honestly blown away. everyone said it was impossible, the frame is a right off and he has gone and fixed it, and kept all of the components intact!! incredible service, could not recommend more. (pinarello f12, seized post and screw with a snapped hex key inside!!!)

Highly recommended. i thought this should be fixable and read a lot of ideas on forums etc about how to get a stuck seatpost out, but if it's stuck solid like mine was then don't waste your time and just get your bike to the seatpost man. the bike came back looking perfect and a new post slipped in beautifully. for reference it was a carbon post in a titanium frame (some forum writers say it isn't possible for those to fuse, they're very wrong). very helpful with coordinating dropping off and picking up too. seatpost man was also recommended by condor cycles where the bike originally came from, they wouldn't touch it for fear of damaging the frame.
