Replied instantly to me messaging out of hours. Visited shop following day and replaced my smashed screen within an hour. Even put a free screen protector on for me! Very friendly, helpful, patient and reasonable prices. Nice guy and good service!

The service in this store is exceptionally superb, the owner is extremely helpful, kind & caring about the satisfaction of his customers. He goes out of his way to make sure he gives you quality goods & service at not over the top prices. If for instance you are buying a particular product (say a hairdryer) he will steer you in the right direction & not just say get this one (because it’s more expensive) but that this one is more suitable to your needs. Also he will give you items for knocked down prices (but not because he wants to scam you) but because he knows that this is the correct way of getting customers to 1) keep coming back to him for service & 2) so that you will spread the word to your friends & family that he is the best mobile phone store in Chorley.
