Charnock stoves and installations are always so friendly and helpful. this is the second wood burner we have bought here and we are so pleased with them. each time we needed some advice to choose the right stove and tailor the fireplace alterations to best suit our needs. the installation was so quick and the transformation has been outstanding.

Fantastic service from dave and his team. we had an old back boiler removed and a new woodburner installed in it's place. we couldn't be happier with the service provided by charnock stoves! highly recommended 10/10
