5* Service from me to these lovely patient guys - Richard & Simon .. Got my Facebook, email, Instagram & Netflix accounts hacked (and probably a few more things I’d like to forget about) - can’t thank these guys enough for ALL the effort and definitely ALL the patience of talking me thru’ the technical stuff on about 3 visits to the shop (so many visits due to my lack of technical know how) … I would & have recommended these guys to other people since my visit earlier in the year. Don’t hesitate to get help from these guys!!!

Simon did an excellent job at sorting out the problems I had with my computer and putting some anti virus software on it. Since this, I have rung him up on two different occasions to ask for some technical support and he has gladly given me his time and valuable advice. I would highly recommend using Jubilee Computers. Excellent service. Diagnosed our computer and fixed it within 24 hrs. Straight forward, easy to understand without complicated tech speak and very reasonable price. Our PC is running really well again. Thanks for the excellent service 👍

I came across this little gem this afternoon Fantastic customer service, and very helpful. I needed some printing doing and they sorted it straight away no problems whatsoever Brilliant shop and prices were also fantastic, won’t be using a well known printing service in town again Definitely recommend!! I discovered Jubilee about a year ago. Absolutely fantastic service. Today, I thought I needed a new desktop computer in order to get it on to wifi in our new house, but no - I just needed a 'dongle' thing to adapt my old computer. Thank you - you have saved me so much money. And my laptop and monitor, bought from you some time ago are both working well. Once again, thank you!
