Saskia, Louie, and Mike made what was a stressful experience for me and my family ....tolerable!, as i had never been in trouble before, everything was explained to me in simple terms , and they sensed i needed guidance and nothing was too much trouble for them, ...i could contact them literally anytime and they got back to me straight away,.......i have never minded paying for anything in my life if i receive the product or service advertised.......in this case i received above and beyond what i expected and was treated with kindness and respect and wasnt judged for what i had done. In a world where morals ,ethics and respect seem lost , i found dealing with this firm and these people in particular very easy and they were extremely professional in all aspects of the case from start to finish If there were a higher star rating i would have applied it . Firstly I must say that this review is long overdue. My personal experience with Geoffrey Miller solicitors was absolutely superb! I'm not the best with checking my emails as I find it difficult to look computer screens or phone screens since I had long term covid. Never the less Geoffrey Miller solicitors, were extremely patient at every point of communication. I had Austin Anderson - Brettell overseeing my case, he was extremely thoughtful and understanding towards my situation, also very meticulous with his relaying of information. The overall approach of of Austin and Geoffrey Miller solicitors, totally put my mind at ease. I contacted Geoffrey Miller in December of 2022 as a last resort after being charged with failing to provide a specimen. I was set to lose my license for 3-5 years after having a previous drink drive conviction. Right from the off they assured me they would look at every aspect of the case to see what defence we had (I did not think we had any) Thanks to Justyna and her team they was able to see the negligence and failure to comply with procedure that the police had committed. In November 2023 I was found not guilty! A huge thank you must go to Phillip Lucas, he is the best barrister around! he knows the law around driving offenses inside out and there is no better person fighting your corner. Now the fees are very expensive, especially as I had to pay for expert witnesses and a further day at court due to the case be adjourned. However you get what you pay for and that is the best!
