Solicitor direct were amazing from start to finish when handling the sale of my property. as a first time seller i had no knowledge of the process and any queries i had were dealt with quickly and they are extremely knowledgeable. jade was incredibly helpful, reassuring and proactive! i cannot recommend them enough!
Absolutely delighted with solicitors direct. my husband used them many years ago and rated them highly. so, we used them this year, when we needed to sell 2 houses, in a space of a few months. competitively priced with excellent staff, they made this potentially stressful process incredibly easy. emma drabble, who lead both sales, was always approachable and a consummate professional - we can’t praise her enough.
I rang five minutes before closing time and emma, who took my call, was great; taking time to put together a quote for conveyancing. the next day i went in and had an equally positive and customer-focussed response from the guys in the front office. this is clearly a properly run company staffed by people who obviously enjoy their job. impressed.
