The service was very professional, friendly and personal. the staff were extremely experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. i rang several companies for a quote and chose the laundry cottage because their price was very competitive and they cleaned the dress on the premises. they charged £25 for a storage box and i had been quoted £55 elsewhere. i won’t hesitate to use their services again.

Ruth did a brilliant job altering my outfits plus my husbands trousers. my outfit was pleated i was concerned about this but ruth put me at ease and its just perfect. thank you will definitely use again.
