Fantastic professional service. had an issue with our hotpoint washing machine and chris came out at his first availability. he diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes and unfortunately it will have to be recalled. genuinely impressed and obviously a knowledgeable chap and provided straightforward honest advice. would not hesitate to contact him again for any problems.
