Fantastic professional service. Had an issue with our Hotpoint washing machine and Chris came out at his first availability. He diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes and unfortunately it will have to be recalled. Genuinely impressed and obviously a knowledgeable chap and provided straightforward honest advice. Would not hesitate to contact him again for any problems.
