We contacted this agency to view some property for our big relocation up north. i initially experienced a hard time with one of the staff, who yelled at me over the phone and spoke to me in a rude manner for calling to find out an update regarding a property we wanted to view. although he apologised in an email, he really hurt my feelings, as no one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner. our letting queries were passed on to bethany, who was very patient and professional in taking the time to recommend a suitable property to my family. bethany provided exceptionally good service that redeemed the unpleasant service we initially had, and i will recommend her for any service you require. thank you, beth, for making this move an absolute relief and for your kindness. it definitely goes a long way!
