I initially experienced a hard time with one of the staff, who yelled at me over the phone and spoke to me in a rude manner for calling to find out an update regarding a property we wanted to view. Although he apologised in an email, he really hurt my feelings, as no one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner. Our letting queries were passed on to Bethany, who was very patient and professional in taking the time to recommend a suitable property to my family. Bethany provided exceptionally good service that redeemed the unpleasant service we initially had, and I will recommend her for any service you require.
