I initially instructed Axis legal on the sale and purchase of two properties, part way through the sale process I needed to pause the purchase of my new property and was under the impression I’d be able to re instruct when required. Upon re instruction they said they were “a small firm that have to manage workload and we are at capacity at the moment and will not be able to assist” and wouldn’t be able to complete the purchase. This is disappointing as up until now they were a reliable firm.

I am really pleased with Tom and he has supported us during the entire house purchase process. He has been absolutely brilliant with giving us a lot of information and explanation everything in details. He has provided reports/ letters which have summarized a lot of legal paperwork, which has been really useful for me and my family. The whole team at Axis were fantastic. Professional, prompt and always at the end of the phone to answer questions. It says something when I received a better service than a local Solicitor that I had previously used. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and again! Thank you Lisa and Katie in particular who helped us navigate some difficult queries with our new build property maintenance fee. It really put the local solicitor to shame1

Overall our house buying process was okay with Axis Legal but not amazing. We had Lisa as our case handler who struggled with communication; we had to chase her several times for a simple answer. I believe her work load was too much. However when Tom stepped in, he was very efficient, friendly and helped us exchange and complete on the dates we wanted. Thank you team.

Couldn’t recommend Axis legal more regarding the sale of our home. The team did an excellent job of keeping us informed, easing any concerns we had and managing the process so that it was relatively smooth and pain free for us.
