Ian and Faz were fantastic - they really did pull out all the stops to assist us with a fairly complex, and very stressful mortgage application. In fact, they went above and beyond the call of duty. They even downed their golf clubs during a team building exercise in order to help us. We really cannot recommend Infinite Financial Services enough. We would 100% use them again. I recently used Infinite Financial Services for my mortgage and insurances. Faz was brilliant from start to finish. There was no pushing or hard sales tactics, he was honest that I could do it myself as I already had an AIP but he could potentially unlock a better deal and would take away a lot of the admin on me. So I decided to go with them, and it’s been great. Smooth process. Helpful at every opportunity. Natalie then supported with sorting out all the admin on the insurances - which was not an easy task trying to deal with my GP surgery. But she sorted everything. Thank you both so much for making a difficult process that bit easier! Would highly recommend.
