When the horses and rainbow carriage appeared carrying Melissa, I was 'blown away' and I know in my heart that Melissa would have loved it. It was Melissa to a 'tee'. Nothing was to much trouble and you did not only do me proud Carl, but you also made the day magical for Melissa. Your kindness and loving nature shone through from the very first call.
