My garage door spring broke on sunday night. I called speedy garage door repairs monday morning at 10am, I was asked to send some photos of the damaged door. Jay was able to give me a very reasonable quote and was able to carry out the repair within hours of my call. The quality of the work was faultless. Our Garage door wire went late one afternoon leaving us unableto cclose it. I spoke to Jay on the phone and after a brief description he diagnosed, quoted and gave me an Eta for him to pop over that evening to repair and service the mechanism. Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and had the courtesy to ring to keep me informed of his likely arrival time. A really nice guy, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from a very pleasant and professional company. I spoke to Jay this morning with the issues with my garage door, I was thinking I was in need of a new door and on a bank holiday I would have no chance of any kind of solution. Our Roller shutter stopped working on Friday night leaving our car trapped. This was due to poor work from the person who installed the shutter. We called This company first to be greeted by Javid at the exact time he gave us. He was extremely friendly. Diagnosed the problem in pouring rain and resolved the issue within an hour. I rang Speedy Garage doors  and spoke to Jay the owner.  I explained I had jammed my electric garage roller shutter door, when I removed the item jamming the door and it slammed to the floor. Jay explained the straps could have gone, costs to refit new ones and we agreed the price. Jay arrived within the time we agreed and managed to access inside the garage and fit new  straps so the door was fully functional again. Jay was very professional, polite and explained what had happened and how he fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Jay and will be using again if need be.
