I initially joined as part of the 6 week foundation course as wanted to try something new, and get out of the rut of love / hate exercise. If you’ve not tried a group class before, or felt nervous at other gyms I would highly recommend this course. After 6 weeks I had remembered what I loved about exercise, and joined The Gymnasium. Wanting to continue the momentum I joined the 6-week habit forming course. This has been brilliant not focused on negative habits, but building on the positive habits. The team have been brilliant, very supportive, approachable and encouraging you all the way. If you haven’t been to a gym or exercised for a while, and are put off by other gyms in the area, come and try The Gymnasium the team and the members are brilliant. Anthony and Dean keep the classes fun and fresh, and I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice.
