Plaza Hotel, Sure Collection by Best Western, Chorley, Preston

Lovely place and nice clean rooms. Friendly staff and great pub just outside. Only thing that let it down was no fridge or air con in the rooms. Only a small fan that did nothing to cool the room haha. It was 31 degrees outside and the rooms stayed about 31 degrees all night. Apart from the heat it was a brilliant short stay and we will be back again next year

The hotel itself was good, clean rooms comfortable bed and a reasonable breakfast. The stay was let down by the fact that we were automatically charged for a third room when my confirmation email clearly shows 2 rooms. The hotel told me to call customer service and they promised me a refund within 4 days. 10 days later no refund and after further calls the refund eventually arrived about 3 weeks after staying.

Staying in this hotel changed my life. I see things in so much clarity now. It all makes sense, everything. Wow. Also the bed was very comfy.

It is located away from the city-centre, and it is definitely more easily accessible by car. But there is a bus stop nearby, elsewise it's about a 25-30 min walk from the train station. Very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. There is a pub right next door for food as
