Very welcoming, a worker carried all my cases up to my room.
I would like to thank Andy on reception last night. I am diabetic and my blood sugar was going very low (hypo) so went down to the vending machine to get some sugar sweets to bring my sugar level up again but could not get the vending machine to work so Andy kindly gave me 2 of his own snacks he had for his shift through the night which helped me get my blood sugar up -- Thank you Andy
Cheap and cheerful. All travelodge hotels need a bit of a revamp. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room but we were too tired to go and complain. Staff were friendly.
