I saw Ann regarding a phobia that had a hold over my life and I finally decided it was time to speak to someone about trying to overcome my feelings towards this. Right away from the first session, Ann made me feel extremely comfortable. During the session, Ann put me at ease while talking about something that made me uncomfortable. Speaking to Ann made me think more rationally about the way I would feel during panicky episodes and gave me a perspective I needed to hear about why I felt the way I did. Ann helped me discover ways that I could calm myself when I get into those panicky episodes when experiencing my phobia. I saw Ann back in 2020 and now still currently think about and use the techniques and advice she’s explained to me. I cannot thank Ann enough for helping me and last year I actually managed to overcome my phobia by tackling it head on and I couldn’t have done it as well without having seen Ann.
