Two very helpful ladies today, jo and joanne . fantastic service couldn't do enough today. thankyou so much, love the bracelet and ring for our 25th wedding anniversary.
I would like to say a big thank you to laura at the chorley branch . her customer service skills are second to none . she helped me find the earrings i wanted to buy as a gift for my wife they did not have them in the shop but she checked and found them in another branch arranged for them to be sent to chorley wife very very pleased with them
My daughter and i went in store today to purchase a necklace for my mums birthday. joanne was fantastic, super knowledged, and patient, allowing my daughter to model a few options we'd narrowed down to, she even offered suggestions similar to the style we wanted. we ended up purchasing one of joanne's suggestions in the end. nice to be able to chat our purchase options over with someone.
Good selection of jewellery. very helpful staff. i got sorted out with both items i was looking for. staff were not pushy but on hand when i needed a little help. i will visit this store in chorley town centre again.
