After injuring my knee playing football, I first went to see Gaz who diagnosed a tear in my right meniscus in which he helped me immensely pre operation. Post operation, Gaz couldn’t of done more to support and aid my full recovery of the knee and muscles around it, from having weekly sessions to progress my rehab and providing me with detailed gym plans which were specific to my knee and rehabilitation. He then progressed me onto pitch football sessions before returning to training with my club. I would 100% recommend Gaz and he was a pleasure to work with.
