Ze's Massage Therapy

I recently used Zeno’s massage therapy. She was very thorough in taking a full history before starting. She tells you want to expect during the session after. I felt really good & relaxed afterwards. I would definitely recommend going to her.

This lovely lady has amazing healing hands. I see Ze for lymphatic drainage and she is a true professional and so knowledgeable about what she does, while at the same time being warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend Ze's massage therapy, she is good for my soul as well as my body.

I've been going to Ze regularly now for around 18 months after a recommendation. I'm now 28 weeks pregnant and have been suffering quite badly with SPD. I stumbled into my appointment yesterday, close to tears with the pain, I walked out so much better than I stumbled in! I had a decent night's sleep and have had more movement this morning! I'd take an appointment everyday if I could! Thank you Ze, my washing basket is grateful also, I've done 2 loads today! 🤣

I have been going to Ze for just over 12 months now. I was recommended by 2 family members I have lots of fluid in my legs. I always come out feeling so much better and can actually get my shoes on! If I could see Ze once a week I would! I also go for neck back and shoulder massage and wow these are the best massage I’ve had anywhere! I’d say don’t book so I can book in more often haha , no seriously amazing! Thank you Ze!

Ze is simply fantastic at her job. She is technically very good at targeting any physical soreness and aching but also is fantastic at providing a relaxing and stress-relieving experience. She is really welcoming and easy to get on with and provides a great service. Highly recommended! How good she is is reflected by how busy she is, but an appointment is well worth waiting for.
