We have now used Tony and the Mortgage Advice Bureau to arrange our past 4 mortgage offers. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have passed on his details to so many friends and family. He really is superb at finding the best details for your situation. In the past we have had complicated situations such as only just starting new jobs, mortgages that require holiday letting, annexes, porting mortgages to avoid exit fees and many other niche arrangements that needed some specialist advice. Tony is always incredibly honest and even up until the last minute of accepting our mortgage offer he continuously checks to see if a better product is available to find us the best deal. Tony has great contacts at most lenders and even recently under a high pressure situation (stamp duty holiday) Tony was able to push our mortgage offer through. On top of this he really is a lovely gentleman to talk through a situation with and very often I have picked the phone up to him speculatively to seek some advice which he has always been happy to discuss whether it leads to a new mortgage or not. I will certainly be using Tony on every occasion going forward.
