Asked them to remove a ball joint with the correct equipment. All they did was wack it with a hammer and damaged the part worth over £1000, which is now scrap. Asked me to pay cash for obvious reasons. Anyone could have hit it with a hammer... if you can't do the job just say no it's simple. Would not recommend to anyone.
Poor customer service, and rude. Marked advisories on my car because of factory fitted engine cover, ridiculous. Glad I didn’t get any work done and just the MOT. Try someone else for a more professional attitude.
