Because I've been looked after by staff and management from the moment I popped in to see if they could fix my glasses as the screw had broken in the frame, I needed new frames because they were not repairable. The management and staff help me through the process because I have underlined health issues from old glasses to new glasses. A big thank you.

The best customer experience I have ever had, special praise to Simon the assistant manager whose customer skills are outstanding. This branch is an example of how to treat a customer, other companies I have dealt with including Mercedes, M&S, Saga could learn from the staff here.
