Very professional. Have been with Sutcliffes for decades. The Opticians are great and also the staff behind the desk. A special mention for Rox who helped with the choice of glasses and the fitting of them. I would never think of going anywhere else.

I have used Sutcliffes for several years and find all the staff helpful and supportive. I love the way they help when choosing frames too a great service. I also had a little accident with my old glasses and they went out of their way to tighten them up and get then right again, they lasted much longer.

Outstanding service. I love my Face A Face varifocals. I wish I had come here a long time ago. I had two previous very rubbish experiences with two big named opticians. Just such a different experience here. Extremely professional and I love how they help you choose glasses that really suit you.

Very happy with Sutcliffes Opticians. My first visit, previously only used SpecSavers. This was a much better service from day one. Staff very friendly and professional. At no point did I feel there was a deadline on my appointment. New specs are ace. Selection and fitting made me feel valued. Will definitely be back.
