Was put at ease straightaway by both amber and uzair. don't like going to opticians as a rule. but all went well thanks to above

Excellent service, advice and assistance. mo provided a real insight to how and why my vision had changed whilst dawn throughly understood my challenge regarding screen time and advised accordingly. would recommend to all. thanks both - customer service at its best!

It was my first time in a vision express store, and my experience was amazing. i've loved every minute of it. a very personal and professional experience, from the very first minute of walking in this charming little store. the staff were all beyond friendly, helpful, engaged, and charming. i was mainly served by a lovely member of staff called giuseppe and a lovely lady called amber. they were very knowledgeable and professional and kindly helped me choose my new specs. they were very patient and offered a lot of great advice. such friendly, sweet, and kind people. i'm so glad i've chosen this place for my eye health/checkups. it's such a gem to find a place like this. it feels private, and they really do give you time and space to choose what's right for you. you're treated amazingly well.

Optometrist made my very nervous son feel comfortable and relaxed and explained everything clearly to us both. staff were very helpful in finding a new pair of glasses for my son and made us both feel happy with our experience
