James of JVH was simply amazing! I called him - somewhat in crisis - on a Friday night after our AGA stopped working completely. He arrived on Monday, as agreed, with the ETA confirmed an hour before. He was: 1. Available 2. Superb at communication 3. Knowledgable 4. Reassuring 5. Reliable 6. Punctual 7. Competent 8. Effective! Additionally, a thoroughly nice person to have in your home doing the repair and service. Full pricing explained in detail, with good advice on how to achieve best value for money. Most importantly - AGA is working again and so, hot water is flowing and the microwave meals are the thing of the past! ;-) January revisit booked in for a specialist piece of work we have elected to do to further improve our AGA’s efficiency and we look forward to James’ return visit. James has fixed and maintained my Dad’s AGA for several years. James always turns up on time and does whatever is required quickly and efficiently. He is very good in dealing with my dad who has dementia. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We originally booked James in to do a full Aga clean, which we were extremely happy with. We have since had James carry out full services. James is very punctual and communication is great. We received a call prior to the day of the service to confirm the appointment. He runs a reminder system, so he reminds you when your Aga is due a service, which is helpful.
