I called Ian as soon as we realised we had a wasps nest in our soffits. I found him on internet and liked he was a small family company. He answered and offered to come that afternoon. Less than an hour later he was here up a ladder resolving the problem. All now appears sorted. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing. I had looked at logging on the council website but the earliest date offered was 3 weeks away! He was a fair price and easily paid by bank transfer. His details are now in my contact book for any future issues. I strongly recommend him.
