Emma is a gentle & calm puppy whisperer! We have a beautiful but bonkers 5 month old cockerdor, who has been twice for grooming with Emma & is due again next week for a Christmas pamper! Emma is Patient & kind with a great sense of humour - I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional dog groomer!

Emma is a fantastic groomer. I recently had to cancel at short notice which I felt awful about and assured her it was a one off due to an emergency. She was very understanding and thankfully I've not lost her as my cockapoo's groomer as she does an amazing job. I am fully aware that Emma is self employed so I have left her out of pocket and would have taken full responsibility if she decided that we could no longer be a client of hers. We are as loyal as each other as this is the first time I've had to cancel in 2 years. Thanks for being so understanding and for the continuous professionalism with our furry boy. Couldn't recommend you highly enough. Great service.

I can't reccomend any more. From the moment we first met Emma our experience has been lovely and so professional, she made us feel so welcome and at ease. Our puppy was still young when we came and Emma was amazing with him and so patient! She's very easy to book with and if you need to move your appointment she is very accommodating to this. Charlie is always very excited to go in and see Emma, and comes out looking and smelling incredible!

Bailey loves coming for his groom with Emma, he always comes home very happy and relaxed which is a hugely important thing for us. Emma does such a good job every time and is always super helpful and really cares about the dogs she grooms, I’ve never been unhappy at all with service or the quality of the grooms. (Also fab at looking after cats when owners go on holiday!)

We have been taking our poodle Max to Emma for four years now. He is really hard work for us and hates being handled. Emma always does a fantastic job with him. She must have the patience of a saint. If Emma can accommodate your dog, you should definitely use her. Big thank you from us.
