Neil Dawson did an excellent job installing our boiler. He weighed the job up carefully and worked efficiently with a minimum of disruption. He checked everything was working correctly before he left. We would highly recommend him.

I've been a customer with Deakin's Plumbing & Heating since 2016 and they always provided a fantastic & reliable service. Just had my annual Boiler Service done, By Neil, a really good friendly engineer that turned up on time and did a great job, ensuring all the service points were checked and records updated (could not ask for more, I'll give Neil 5 stars).

I have been using Deakins now for a number of years I cant fault the service level given we have had a new boiler installed and a complete new bathroom always pleased with the quality of workmanship no problem has gone unresolved and the team are always very quick to respond. we have now taken out a service contract to maintain the boiler going forward. I would be very happy to recommend Deakins.

Absolutely pleased 110% with the work completed by Deakins. From the initial contact, supply of quotation, confirmation of work date and time to the actual work. Lewis arrived spot on time and conducted his work in a friendly and professional manner. Cannot fault anything including the price. I was so happy we choose to use deakins , Neil arrived at the time stated and was very friendly and professional .After explaining our situation with a bad experience with our previous boiler he made sure everything was safe and clearly explained. He was very informative and made me feel completly at ease leaving him in our home to complete the work. When I arrived home he talked through the work he had completed .
