Can't fault this company they are working really hard for me. very professional, always approachable with queries & never had problems with my tenants since working with them. i can highly recommend their service.
I don't normally post on social media but i have made an exception as i believe some of the negative posts are fictitious. my husband and i rent a lovely house from birches properties and if we had read the reviews in advance of our meeting i would have cancelled it. however, i am glad to say that we didn't look on google reviews beforehand. during our meeting we were made extremely welcome and the whole process was explained thoroughly, the agent took our expectations into consideration and after reviewing the properties in our price bracket we settled with a beautiful little home, at no point were we pressurised into the let and we were kept informed from start to finish. please ignore the negative reviews, make your own mind up and give this company a chance.
