I have recently rented a 2 bedroom property from mahoney and gray letting agents based in chorley. i could not fault the service they gave if i had any problems ie. the boiler stopped working on good friday and i heard back straight the same day via email and the plumber came out the very next day on bank holiday saturday of easter weekend. they are very professional and responsive and could not fault the service they offered for a lettings agent one bit. all the team there are fantastic. i couldn't recommend them enough for a letting agents. suzanne quinn

I rented my flat via this estate agent for three & a half years & wow!! best estate agents i've ever dealt with. i had a couple of issues with my water & my heating which were sorted straight away with no problems. i'd recommend in a heartbeat. their fees are the most reasonable too.

Absolutely first class. we struggled to find a property to rent in this climate. from the off, julie was incredibly helpful and managed to find us somewhere within days. not only that, but all the communication with them. has been faultless; replying within hours to queries, sorting out our references, credit checks and guarantor checks within days. we were in the house less than two weeks after we viewed it. everything was clearly laid out and explained to us at all points. best lettings agent we've ever dealt with.
