Essential Employment

I 'googled' the agency because I wanted some information and found the reviews below. It saddened me that someone would have a 'bad experience' with such a great agency because working for Essential Employment was a dream. The recruitment agents, in particular Lee (is the correct spelling?!), were friendly and enthusiastic. In all my experience of working with employment agencies, this was by far the best experience to date! There were never any problems and nothing was too much bother for the Essential team. It felt as though we were all part of a family and they really cared. I can not recommend this agency enough.

Having worked with many recruitment agencies I highly recommend Essential Employment for providing a great quality of service to candidate. A big thank you for Lee Shave who worked hard to support me in finding a great job. He was personable, friendly and professional and made me feel that he was really focused on delivering results for me. I would definitely recommend Lee!

What can i say,working for Essential Employment has been absolutely fantastic, the staff have always been helpful, good to speak to on the phone, and even if the person you need to speak to is not in their is always someone who can help. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have been with a few agency's over the years, but Essential have been the best of the best to work with, if you ever needed a job, you would be lucky to find them. 10 out of 10 for help, kindness, and when you send them emails they will always respond as quick as they can.
