What a heavenly experience, Shirley welcomes you into her lovely home, which is a space of peace and tranquility. I had several amazing treatments including reiki and aromatherapy massage. She provided a beautiful lunch and I can't wait to return. Floated home afterwards, can't thank you enough.

I've been to Nu U 8 times now. It's my first ever use of of a Spa and made use of the the IR sauna and latterly the massage skills of Shirley. Could not recommend Shirley and her place enough.

Had an amazing spa day here with Shirley and Sally. It was a wonderful day with a mix of treatments and massages. So relaxing, such good attention to us all. Lovely lunch and afternoon tea as a bonus. What a wonderful way to spend the day and as for the price, well, you just need to check it out. Nu u Health spa is so reasonable and I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time here. I got a facial and reflexology and it was most invigorating. Whilst I waited for my turn, I relaxed in the little sauna. Afterwards, we had our lunch, which was prepared by Shirley herself; to my vegan dietary request and it was presented beautifully. I can tell she's a hard working woman who truly loves what she does. When we left we were glowing and I also purchased two essential oils from her which were very reasonably priced. My favourite thing about the service was that it was in a home environment, and what an enchanting home.

If you want a truly amazing pamper experience, this is the place to come. Shirley blends many of the products that she uses herself, using only the best ingredients.
