Our holiday requirements were not straightforward as we have a child with significant disabilities who is entirely wheelchair dependant so accessibility and suitability for our son was key. Emma went above and beyond to search for suitable options for us and ultimately found us an amazing cruise holiday which ticked all the boxes for our family. The holiday was truly amazing and Emma was on hand at all times during the process to offer advice and guidance to ensure that everything went smoothly. In the past we've mainly organised our own holidays but on this occasion, because we were travelling quite late in the season, decided to approach Emma for some recommendations. Emma has been fantastic from start to finish. Finding the best deal for the hotel we chose, super speedy responses to my emails even on weekends, checking us in, sorting all paperwork. The holiday booking was an absolute breeze and very welcome having not been abroad for several years. And the hotel itself was just perfect.
