Awesome place and teachers. Can not recommend enough!!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I started hot yoga 10 months ago as a complete novice and thanks to the amazing teaching provided here, the difference I can feel in both my body and mind is immense. I will always practice hot yoga now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Go!! You’ll love it.

I have only been coming to the Hot Yoga Studio for a couple of weeks, and must admit to being quite nervous about attending. I needn't have worried. There are only four people per class and Madeline, the teacher, is amazing. I have loved my experience so far and am definitely going to continue attending. It has helped not only my body but also my mind and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
