I am very pleased with the way Peter dealt with my freezer problem. His assessment and suggested initial actions were spot on to allow identification of how to resolve my problem, all without a visit. I can only speak highly of his professionalism and knowledge and especially his attitude to customer satisfaction which makes him stand out from others. I will use him again should the need arise and have no concerns about recommending him to friends and family. I am very impreseliminated the need for a visit. This is old school approach is very much to be lauded for not time wasting and
