Siophan is always amazing at what she does. Today I was more sensitive to pain due to flaring up. Siophian was very considerate and understanding where she took her time in terms of waxing ensuing I was okay throughout the whole treatment!

I had originally booked a facial but due to me recently starting a new medication it was decided it is best to wait. The time and care taken by Charlotte and the team to reach this decision was really touching as my wellbeing was obviously their fist consideration. Charlotte suggested a gel manicure instead - my first ever - and it was delightful. My nails look incredible ( I am a jeweller, so they usually look awful) and Charlotte was excellent company as she did her work. Thank you so much - a great outcome. 💗
