Cycle Revolution

We went into Cycle Revolution to get some advice about a new bike for my Son. John helped us navigate the range of bikes highlighting the pros and cons of each as well as asking us the main use of the bike. This is customer service as it should be - knowledgeable, friendly and very considerate of our specific needs and wants. 10/10. Needless to say we had a great experience. Our Son now has a new bike, and I'm looking forward to using them regularly moving forward.

Visited the gents at Cycle Revolution this morning with an issue with my son's bike. They took a quick look and fixed it quickly and professionally. Will definitely come to see these guys again.

We went to Colchester Store today and were served by Mike. Both myself and my son bought bikes and found his service was exemplary going above and beyond in all aspects from helping choose the right bicycle’s for us and installing all the extras on and generally being really helpful. I personally have used Cycle Rev and Evo before and would recommend both stores in Colchester. Well done guy’s, for just 2 of you in the shop today you did exceptionally well considering there was a sale on. Pity other customers were not as patient as us. See you soon. J

I was hesitant on buying from their website as I’ve never dealt with this company before. Although they have a clunky website as some have mentioned, their customer service is TOP NOTCH! What I liked: •Delivery was super fast • super fast response to emails. • price matched and honoured their word. Overall I’m extremely happy and they have won me over as a customer. I will be buying from them again in the near future. 4.9/5 ⭐️

Great, helpful and friendly staff. I had a full custom downhill bike built by Kazo and really impressed. Really pleased with the service, Thanks again to all the staff here who helped me along the way. Jon
