Two-week turnaround for my car. had grazing and a fist-sized dent to the front right of the vehicle and you wouldn’t even know it. paintwork is flawless and it’s like having the car back to how it was pre-accident. i’m glad we chose balgores to repair our vehicle. you’re kept up-to-date with the car’s progress and their customer service team are super friendly.

Just had my car returned after a truck decided to turn into me .insurance instructions were to use balgores so off i went .from start to this morning perfect service from all .the ladies in the office with regular updates and the guys who answered my questions. to the guy who delivered my beloved car back this morning 10/10 well done to all .

The team were great. i had turned up substantially before they were even open and had not booked. they solved my problem very quickly. the team in the office and the engineer (bradley) were welcoming, helpful and professional and informative. great job guys ..oh and i will try to remember to bring coffees all round next time
