got in touch with Jack and bought an audi A1 S-line last month, everything went smoothly, picked up on a Sunday and jack stayed later than closing and wait for the finance to go through with me, one of the alloy happened to have a nasty scratch upon arrival but Jack agreed to let me have it repaired and invoice to the dealership. good experience
