I went in another shop before I got here but was put off by seemingly disinterested staff. What a difference here. The guy was super friendly and knowledgable. Battery swap took less than an hour, and was in perfect condition when I collected it. Great price and I even got a free microfibre case! Genuine and friendly staff, would highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic service. My phone had bricked itself and I wasn't sure what had happened. The guy suspected it was completely dead, but ran multiple checks to be sure, though warning me I might have to get a new phone. When I ended up getting a new phone he patiently walked me through the whole process, and wrote down how to restore an online backup for me. Wonderful service, cannot recommend them enough.
