I went in another shop before i got here but was put off by seemingly disinterested staff. what a difference here. the guy was super friendly and knowledgable. battery swap took less than an hour, and was in perfect condition when i collected it. great price and i even got a free microfibre case! genuine and friendly staff, would highly recommend. thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service. my phone had bricked itself and i wasn't sure what had happened. the guy suspected it was completely dead, but ran multiple checks to be sure, though warning me i might have to get a new phone. when i ended up getting a new phone he patiently walked me through the whole process, and wrote down how to restore an online backup for me. wonderful service, cannot recommend them enough. thank you!
