New Look

The lady was brillant. I had picked up a pack of earrings and 4 pairs were missing. We found it seem to be the same for the other packs. She allowed me tonchose a further 2 pairs to make up a pack. Nothing was a problem

Nice items and helpful staff, only problem when sales on if you need large changing room for wheelchair you have to wait as they don't keep the large one just for disabled or those with buggies. Also l feel a little bit pricey when items not on offer or in sale, So when sales are on they should keep the large changing room just for disabled and buggies in My opinion. As l have had to wait twice now almost 40 minutes to try my items on.
