6 stars are not an option but superhero jack deserves it for rescuing a defunct external hard drive and in double quick time. very professional outfit, jack is knowledgable and strongly advised better care for data and backing up lest i regret it! definitely come back in the future if i have anymore it dramas. six thumbs up.
Had an issue with my pc wouldn't enter bios setup. took it to colchester it on the day and they were able to fix it in no time, didn't even charge for the service. real sound guys 😊
