Ross-IT

I had 2 old PlayStation 4 consoles (one the original model and the other a Pro model) and they were in desperate need of a deep clean and reapplication of new thermal paste to both. I contacted Ross IT on the off-chance that they would give it a go (considering they are primarily a computer repair service) and they said they would certainly have a look at them. The turn-around from drop off to getting a call to say both were done was exceptional; call back later on the same day and I picked them up the day after dropping them off. The consoles had been running at temperatures over 75 degrees C and now are running at a much reduced 60 degrees C! Fantastic service - superb pricing and I now have two very happy kids and a company that will be my first port of call with any I.T issues. Thank you!

Ross is a fantastic guy, very helpful in replacing my MacBook Pro keyboard after a liquid spill that really should have deemed it irretrievable. He also sourced and upgraded by drives to an SSD, which made the world of difference to the performance. He’s managed to get me an extra 3 years out of my MacBook Pro 2011 and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends and family to him - extremely reliable, swift in his service and competitive on price too. I’ll certainly be going back to Ross for all my PC repairs, on this machine and beyond.

Ross upgraded my tower PC. The service was excellent throughout: the advice as to the specification of the system, the speedy installation, and the aftercare sorting out a few of my software issues.

I have just collected my MacBook from Ross and the team today and have been completely blown away by their service and resolution to my problem. The issue was described as 1 in a million and they didn't stop trying different things until they cracked it! Instead of a write off I have my beloved laptop back 🙂 Thanks I will be spreading the word!!
